Kuwait soon to have mobile number starting with 4

The Communication and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA) issued a decision to open the range of numbers starting with 4 (41000000 - 43999999) for the use of virtual mobile network operators.

The new range will have a capacity of 3 million numbers and each telecom company in Kuwait will get a range of one million numbers.
