A morning without milk is impossible in this World. There are many types of milk like- cow milk, buffalo milk, camel milk, milk powder etc. Every house in this world have breakfast with milk by adding milk in their daily routine such as cornflakes with milk, chocos with milk, milk tea, coffee, flavored milk etc. Milk is also included in milk chocolates, milk biscuits, milk custard, milk ice-creams etc and the dairy products like paneer, yogurt, cheese, butter etc. In India, early morning people wake up with the doorbell of a milkman. World Milk Day is observed every year on 1st June but it should be given more importance too, so that each and every one in this world will come to know the importance and benefits of milk.

If u want to grow up big and strong so you should drink Complain milk, Bournvita milk, Pediasure milk bla………bla…….bla…….. This are the words used in advertising products. But the main and important thing is the plain milk which gives you calcium, vitamin-A, D, 12 etc. These products gives only flavors to your milk because some people or kids don’t like to drink plain milk but among all the best is the turmeric milk/ Haldi wala doodh which is natural and Ayurvedic that helps to improve your skin texture as well and there are many other benefits too. We all should drink milk daily because milk is a complete food.

History of World Milk Day-
?World Milk Day was first designated by the FAO (Food and Agriculture organization) in 2001. June 1st was chosen as the date because many countries were already celebrating a milk day during that time of year.
?This day provide an opportunity to focus attention on milk and raise awareness of dairy’s part in health diets, responsible food production and supporting livelihoods and communities. This is supported by FAO (Food and Agriculture organization) data showing that more than one billion people’s livelihoods are supported by the dairy sector and that dairy is consumed by more than six billion people globally. The fact that many countries choose to do is on the same day lends additional importance to individual national celebrations and shows that milk is a global food. Even in schools there should be a special seminar for kids and teens to make them understand and give them detail information about milk. We should celebrate World Milk Day in our schools to make the kids and teens aware about the benefits of milk.

My family and I always have turmeric milk/ haldi wala doodh before going to bed. My mom always forces us to drink turmeric milk/haldi wala doodh, and especially in the morning she adds honey to our milk and sometimes she adds homemade masala milk which includes grinded dry fruits along with grinded green cardamom/ elaichi in it, which even gives tastes and flavor to our milk.

I would suggest all of you to try my mom’s milk recipe which is natural and Ayurvedic to your health and will definitely give lots of benefits too.

I would like to thank all the milk company for taking care of the entire world and giving us proper and fresh milk on our daily basis.

Whether it is Sunday or Monday you should drink milk every day.
