Indian Embassy launch WhatsApp Helpline numbers

Embassy of India in Kuwait launch new dedicated WhatsApp Helpline Numbers as part of Embassy’s continuous process of strengthening, upgrading and further augmenting existing institutional outreach platforms for Community.
Twelve (12) new dedicated WhatsApp Helpline Numbers corresponding to various services offered by the Embassy to the Community are made available with immediate effect. This facility is in addition to the existing mechanism available to the Community to reach out to the Embassy, including through landline and mobile numbers, emails and physical visits, Embassy informed in a press release.
Indian nationals can send WhatsApp text messages to the respective numbers for any specific help. People are advised to send full details of the issue with their full name, address and contact number to get a response. However WhatsApp calls will not be accepted in these numbers.
The WhatsApp numbers will be active during the embassy official working hours.
