Ramadan is one of the sacred month of Islam and its fasts are one of five pillars of Islam. It comes once a year. It lasts from 29 to 30 days depending on the sighting of the moon. In this great month Muslims fast every day. After it ends Muslims celebrate Eid Ul fitr on the first day of Shawal.

In Ramadan Muslims give charity and help the needy people. Muslims also rcite Quran most of time of this month and pray Traweeh every day after Isha prayer.

Elders, youths and children of Muslim families participate in all activities of Ramadan with full enthusiasm and compete among themselves.

It refreshes us spiritually and cleans us from sins and bad habits.

I love this month and wait if with my parents and siblings.
