Ramadan – The Holy Month of Islam

We welcome the blessed month of Ramadan
where Muslims fast till dusk from dawn.
Ramadan, the month of Quran.
Sent down upon our Prophet (saw).

We pray and glorify Allah all day long ,
And do good deeds to please our lord
We give charity and feed the poor.
And recite the Quran, which we must.

Fasting teaches us tolerance and patience
And to be kind to the poor and needy
And to be thankful to our Lord’s blessings
And to be the best that we can be.

At the end of this blessed month
Our lord rewards us with Eid!
The day of happiness & joy
where families meet and enjoy.
