PACI to stop visitors for transactions which can be completed online

The Public Authority for Civil Information PACI announced that they will not accept visitors for any transactions, which can be completed online through its website.

As part of implementing the government guidelines to reduce the work force to not more than 30%, the authority revealed that it had reduced the number of booking appointments in proportion to the staff on duty. Appointment booking will be only accepted for transactions which cannot be completed online, it says. The appointment will be from 9 am to 1 pm for Kuwaitis, and from 2 pm until 5.30 pm for expatriates.
