Add Covid Vaccine certificate in Kuwait Mosafer application

Kuwait Mosafer application added an option for its users to add Covid Vaccine certificate in the application platform. Any user can attach the vaccination certificate using their civil ID number in the application.

According to current rule, any passenger travelling to Kuwait must register with Kuwait Mosafer application.
