HERE'S TO THE VALENTINES OF MY LIFE

Parents - Epitomes of insatiable love, they are the ones who have been with us through thick and thin, the high highs and low lows of our lives, our fathers, the only other time seeing them go on their knees is to tie our laces and coax us out of our tantrums and teach us life's little lessons and our mothers whose prayers is the very reason of whatever we have done or achieved in lives

Siblings- who fight tease, harass us but in the end is the sweetest creature in our lives

Friends- This one is without doubt my life savers. No matter how hard it gets, they always have our backs

Food- (My bae) - panacea to all problems. Any time, any day makes me forget everything and brings me everlasting joy

Music - A total mood changer, it soothes, uplifts my heart, mind and soul

Sleep-Best resort to escapism (lol), keeps me healthy and sane in my chaotic life

Now ……
Do you what's the hardest thing to do in this world?
The answer can range from romping with a Cape Buffalo to understanding income tax (Einstein's opinion tho)

Well, I think the most difficult thing in the world is to “Selflessly love someone”

I used to feel selfless love is a myth just a fruit of fantasy, fabricated by our delusional sanity but I guess our soldiers who are the towering examples of valor proved it wrong

When our men in blue wins the match and returns home with laurels, we appreciate their hard work ,commitment and zeal to excel and when they do clinch the much deserved triumph their exuberance enters our living rooms, cricket fervor is all high , but what about our dear soldiers who are in , knowing not what’s written in their fate ?

Today the 14 of February also marks 2 years of the Pulwama attack.

I know whatever I am drafting is not enough to thank them and their families who are the very reason our brethren sleep peacefully every night, it is because we know we have our soldiers guarding our borders. Our soldiers are those who “selflessly love their country” and are ready to lay their lives for our country, the supreme sacrifice made by these brave hearts and their families is phenomenal.

In the light of the Pulwama terror attack, I am deeply condemning the loss of our CRPF jawans though I know my condolences are not worthy enough neither to bring the martyred ones back to life nor to pacify their families

Let’s us all build a world without walls by bridging humanity piece by “peace’, it is a herculean mission not unattainable, possible if you and me who have the energy, vigor and passion are willing to work shoulder to shoulder to materialize this dream of a world without walls.

Let's pledge to win peace and lose war, to forgive and to forget. Let's not encourage conflict when it can be resolved through amicable dialogue. Let's foster a sense of belonging and put and end to the strife that has been in the forefront of our lives. Let us all build bridge of peace and love and demolish the walls of wars and battles. Let everyone receive the respect and dignity due without any marginalization

JAI HIND !
