LIC Housing Finance introduces new scheme "Griha Bhoomi"

LIC Housing Finance a new scheme "Griha Bhoomi" to provide loans for purchase of residential plots with an interest rate starting from 7.10% onwards.

The new scheme is available for a limited period only for NRIs and Kuwait based NRIs can make use of this opportunity by contacting LIC Housing Finance Ltd (Representative Office) in Kuwait.

"With the introduction of new scheme Griha Bhoomi We are providing loans for purchase of residential plots for a limited period where the rate of interest is starting from 7.10% onwards. We follow a sound system of legal and technical verifications for the properties intended for purchase whereby valuing the hard-earned money of the client," officials informed.

LIC Housing Finance has a wide spread of 282 marketing offices, covering major geography of India. The Company also has representative offices in Kuwait and Dubai to sanction loans for applicants resides at these locations.

They provide loans for housing needs of NRI’s in GCC at attractive rate of interest starting from 6.90% onwards which is amongst the best in industry. NRI loans are available for a maximum term of 15 / 20 years with disbursement facility in Indian Rupees in India and repayments in India.
