PACI to issue new Civil ID cards within 24 hours

The Public Authority for Civil Information is working to accelerate issuing of new Civil ID cards for five categories within 24 hours.

According to Al Rai report, the Assistant General Director of Al-Asousi stated that the authority is planning to issue the civil ID within 24 hours after the submission for selected category of people. This includes Kuwaitis, Gulf citizen workers, domestic workers (Article 20), expatriates in the government sector (Article 17), and children under 5 years old.
