He Also Emphasized On Linking India's Talent With Patents As It Would Play A Significant Role In The Economic Development Of The Country. The National Research Fund And The National Technological Forum Will Also Boost The Research And Development Environment And Make It More Inclusive.
Shri Pokhriyal Also Said That Government Campaigns Like Make In India, Digital India, And Startup India Seek To Provide Support To The Young And Talented To Build A Self-Reliant And Empowered India To Achieve The 'Atmanirbhar Bharat' Mission. The Elements Of 5 ‘I’ (Indian, International, Interactive, Innovative And Impactful) Mentioned In This Policy Make It Suitable For Knowledge-Based Economy.

The Minister Also Complimented BPP For The Outstanding Works Carried Out For The Wellness Of The Indian Community In Kuwait.
