No exemption from quarantine and PCR test even if vaccination took abroad

The certificate of vaccination obtained from abroad after taking corona vaccination will not exempt those coming to the country from quarantine or the PCR certificate local newspaper Al Qabas reported quoting government sources.

Sources cited that a standard approval system should be in place among all countries to avoid people travelling with fake certificates from other countries.

The same source also indicated that Kuwait might exempt people from quarantine and PCR test when they come back from abroad once they took vaccination from Kuwait before their travel. As of now, a final decision is not yet taken on this. However, sources said that this would be announced by June.
