Rain expected this weekend

Kuwait will witness rains from this coming Thursday to Saturday, Meteorologist Muhammad Karam said. Karam added that the rains come as a result of the progression of the African depression to central Arabia, accompanied by light to moderate southeast winds.

He indicated that the winds are accompanied by formations of cumulus clouds interspersed with thunderstorms, explaining that the weather will be cloudy to partly cloudy.
