FAIPS Inducts Young Leaders at Investiture Ceremony

The investiture ceremony is a proud moment for the school and with the changing times, FAIPS has adopted innovative techniques to conduct it on a virtual platform. On 9th October, 2020, the Middle School Investiture Ceremony was held with all its grace and solemnity.

Young leaders of class VIII were empowered with authority and responsibility to hone their leadership skills as they constituted the Student Council 2020 - 2021. The Principal, Mr. Ravi Ayanoli administered the oath of office to the new council members. It was a defining moment for the newly appointed Head Boy, Daniel Gigi George and Head Girl, Shagun Jain and other bright young students as they took charge of varied responsibilities that included House Captains, sports Captains, Presidents of Socio-cultural activities.

The solemn function commenced with the verses from the Holy Quran followed by the Kuwait National Anthem. Thereafter, Ms. Latha Subbulakshmi, Head of the P.E. department introduced the student council and requested the parents to pin the badges. The house wardens were also connected virtually to congratulate their house captains as their names were announced. The names and post of all the office bearers were displayed through a video. The Principal, Mr. Ravi Ayanoli in his inspiring address spoke of a council that needs to have a vision whilst placing immense confidence in the newly elected members of the council in fulfilling their responsibilities. He congratulated the badge holders and encouraged them to shoulder their duties with honour. The Head boy, Daniel Gigi George and Head girl, Shagun Jain spoke on behalf of the newly appointed Council and motivated them. It evoked a sense of pride and hope to see these young students evolve into effective leaders of tomorrow.

The virtual ceremony, the first of its kind, concluded with a Vote of Thanks by the Vice Principal, Ms. Vineeta Munshi, followed by the Indian National Anthem The programme was made possible due to the dedicated efforts of staff and technical support team who showed resilience to rise above the current crippling situation and carry things forward.
