Children born in Kuwait after Nov 2019 exempted from residency fine

Children who were born in Kuwait on or after November 2, 2019, and unable to complete their residency status are exempted from paying fine. They can correct their residency status according to the status of father's residency without paying any fine.

However, this decision does not include children who were born before November 2 of last year, because the time period that was available to their families is sufficient to finish their procedures and establish a residency for them, before the start of the Corona pandemic, which caused government agencies to close all works for a long time.
