No change in 14 days quarantine period

There is no change regarding the quarantine period in Kuwait for those coming from abroad. Even though there is request from different sectors to reduce it to 7 days, as of now there is no change in it and the quarantine period is 14 days, local Arabic daily Al-Rai reported quoting health department sources.

The daily added that the health authorities are committed to the recommendations issued according to their assessment of the epidemiological situation of the Coronavirus.

The Ministry of Health’s approach comes after it received from the General Administration of Civil Aviation a proposal to reduce the quarantine period for arrivals to 7 days instead of 14 days.
