Joining hands virtually to build a great nation and to detach completely from laziness, obesity, stress, anxiety and many sort of diseases, the three day program successfully instilled a sense of discipline and awareness to include physical activity in regular regime. The joint sessions had taken place from 6 a.m to 6.30 a.m where the participants joined for live running from their nearby areas, keeping all the necessary precautions against this pandemic. The morning sessions had continuously occurred on all three days. The runners who could not join the live sessions were encouraged to post their running either in the form of videos or pictures. They were instructed to run at their own pace by keeping track of the kilometers they run using tracking app or GPS watch. Issuance of e-certificates was also added in this amazing venture. This great motivation which indulged in prioritizing discipline and fitness had promised to procure indomitable will to stay hale and hearty in these perilous times of sickness.
