The Indian Embassy in Kuwait requests people to include their complete contact details while contacting the Embassy for various purpose.

The Embassy has been regularly receiving a large number of email messages from the Indian community on various issues of interest and concern for them. While appreciating the community for sending such emails and letters, which are aimed to bring the issues of concern and interest to the Indian community, Embassy urges the public to include full contact details in all correspondence. The sender must include their full name as in their passports, passport numbers, Civil ID details and contact telephone numbers and address in all their correspondences with the Embassy.

This will help the Embassy to forward such emails to the concerned authorities in India and in the State of Kuwait as appropriate, Embassy informed.

People sending emails and letters on behalf of any group or associations may also share, as much as possible, the contact details and address of the persons on whose behalf such issues are raised. This would help the Mission to get in touch with those affected directly, Embassy said.

Indians who are applying for Indian Community Welfare Fund( ICWF) also must provide their correct contact numbers in the applications, in order for their applications to be processed expeditiously.

The Embassy stated that a three-member Committee of Officers in the Mission headed by Deputy Chief of Mission is reviewing all applications and it is found that many of them don't have proper contact details in the application and unable to contact the applicant.
