KDNA Bid Farewell to its Founder member Sathian Varoonda

Sathian Varoonda, Founder Member and General Secretary of Kozhikode District NRI Association, has decided to move back to homeland for good was honored by Kozhikode District NRI Association, KDNA on 11th September 2020 at the residents of association president Ilias Thottathil, Farwaniya considering Covid-19 protocol.

It was an emotional sent off with attendees sharing their experience of friendship with Sathian Varoonda. His contributions was greatly admired since inception of KDNA. A token of appreciation was also presented to him. In return speech, Sathian Varoonda thanked and mentioned that KDNA and its memories will remain in the rest of his life.

To accommodate larger audience, an executive committee "zoom" sent off was also held where all attendees appreciated the bond and service of him. It was a good exchange of respect and consideration of all members reflecting KDNA family atmosphere.
