MoI denies rumors on dropping traffic violation

The Ministry of Interior denied what was reported by some social media, that it has dropped traffic fines for citizens and residents who violate the traffic law.

In a statement to the General Administration of Relations and Security Media, the Interior Ministry said that the ministry’s official website is currently undergoing an update, which has resulted in the removal of some violations.

The Ministry called for confirming the accuracy of news before transmitting to social media channels.
