Authorities stop transferring child visa to the sponsorship of Mother

General Administration of Residency Affairs stop all transfer of the children's residences to their mothers in case the father left the country permanently, or his residency ended, and he is outside the country or even in the event of his death.

According to A-Qabas Arabic daily, the residence affairs departments in the six governorates received the instructions not to process transactions related to transferring the residences of their children to the sponsorship of their mothers residing in the country in the specified cases.

However, according to the report, this is excluded for the below three cases, which are: female resident teachers working in the Ministry of Education, workers in the Medical and Nursing Authority of the Ministry of Health, and female doctors working in the General Department of Criminal Evidence.
