It is said that Vitamin C gives us immunity against any disease. Do you know that by Growing micro greens at home, we can make a salad out of it? Well the micro green salad consist of Vitamin C and its a nutritious food. To make this special recipe, Just follow the steps below....
Step.1 – Boil the micro greens you have grown at home.

Well you may have grown some green plants like chana, green gram, and fenugreek and so on. So after harvesting the plant, just boil them in hot water. Then transfer those into a bowl.

Step.2- Add some flavours of your choice and then mix them well
Add some spices, lemon juice, oregano and salt to your salad. Mix well and Serve well

Step.3 – Serve in different seasonings of your choice
