First Virtual Meeting of ICS team

First Virtual Meeting of Indian Cultural Society held by ICS President Mr. Ashfaque Khan. Team ICS was honored and graced by presence of famous actor & actress Manoj Pahwa and Seema Bhargava Pahwa. This graciousness was followed by a young & charming singer Adnan Ahmed’s presence while he performed a song for this session. Subsequently Meeting Agenda, Wellbeing of all executives, Appreciation of executives serving community during this pandemic period and Activities carried out by ICS President towards community in this pandemic period was displayed.







•Team ICS feels privileged enough to help the society in whichever manner it can. Its agenda revolves around betterment of the society. Executives from India, Dubai & Kuwait were present in delightful virtual team meeting with the agenda of serving the society in more extensive ways. Meeting was well coordinated by Hon. Secretary Rajesh Sawhney and accompanied with Harendra Singh Vansh & Shagufta Khan.

•Regular coordination with Embassy for passengers & their flights.
•Online session *Mind Power* webinar Dr Jitendra Adhiya by Rajput Association Australia. Financial support to two orphanage center.
•Online session & chat with several artists from different zones (Indian Cinema, Theatre, Literature, Medical, Art & Music). Approx. 40 short messages for social awareness with different satire (Humor, Jokes, Cartoons, Songs, Musical touch, info clips, Wishes & Prayer songs, Unique Talents, Job info, Stage clips of Sponsors, etc.)
•Interview of actress Bhagyashree & regular updates on social media.
•Rajput Association of Australia & IPTA India has appreciated our efforts.
•We always gave privilege to our main supporters & sponsors namely Mr Nitin Singhvi (CFO-ATC), Mr K S Shayam (Director- Al Ghanim Ind.), Minhaj Shikari, etc. In that series, we broadcast all of their promotions through our data bank. We also shared few short motivational speeches. Under our circulation were:

Team also discussed about the forthcoming events “Ankit Tiwari Live in Concert” which is scheduled to happen after the lockdown. Yes you read it rightly; we never miss a chance to entertain our society.

As always ICS President Mr Ashfaque Khan is filled with creativity and surprises. He surprised the team once again by converting the virtual-team meeting in STARS MEETUP or GALA NIGHT. He invited an acclaimed film & theatre actors Manoj Pahwa & Seema Pahwa. Stars have appreciated all missions of ICS, team work, best hospitality & quality events. Team executive Anwar Raja has reviewed on the perspective of family values & spending crucial time positively during this pandemic lockdown | Colorful graphical representation was presented by Binu Varughese | Mrs Anu Singh has briefed how to enhance the communication skill & its benefits, simultaneously, Abizar Badshah & Dr Narendra Dheer have shared current situation & market conditions. Finally the meeting was concluded with vote of thanks by Ms. Aditi Singh.
