851 new cases and 7death in last 24 hours

The Ministry of Health announced, Sunday, 851 new infections of the coronavirus (COVID-19), raising the total to 27,043. Deaths reached 212 with the addition of 7 fatalities.

The latest cases include 279 Kuwaiti citizens, 165 residents from India, 86 from Bangladesh and 129 from Egypt, among other nationalities, he elaborated.

In the last 24 hours, 1230 cases were recovered making the total recovery to 11,386.

Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh residential area reported 84 cases, Farwaniya 59, Abdali 53 and Khaitan reported 45 cases.

Those currently receiving treatment at hospitals reached 15,445 patients.
