Jazeera airways carrying Indian amnesty seekers left to India today

First flight carrying Indian Amnesty seekers from Kuwait left Kuwait today with 145 passengers to Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh.

145 ladies who were shelter at Kuwait government shelters for the past several weeks, traveled in today's Jazeera Airways flight. There are around 7000 Indian utilized the amnesty scheme announced by Kuwait government last month. Kuwait has accommodated all of them at government sponsored shelters with food. Kuwait is also sending them to India at government's own expense. However the delay in arranging the necessary quarantine facilities in India delayed their travel to India.

Second flight carrying amnesty seekers will fly to Lucknow tomorrow.
