I believe that there is no harm in confessing your feelings rather than keeping it confined to your heart. Meanwhile, people around the globe are busy watching Wonder women; I am occupied in adoring my superwomen, my MOTHER.
Mom this is for you,
She’s the woman, who has brought me to this world,
She’s the one who has nurtured me, cared for me all these years,
She raised me and boosted my confidence,
Scriptures convey mothers have heaven under their feet;
Oh! That’s correct.
There’s no place more comforting than your shoulder and lap,
I have fallen many times, but you picked me up
Each time.
I have failed several times but you buckled me to the top
Each time.
I have cried plenty of times, only to get my teardrop wiped by you
Each time.
I misbehaved with you and you never turned away.
When the world points at me, you are there to shut them up.
Every time I break down, you are the one holding me up.
Oh, mom! How much I love you but you will always
Love me more than that.
My world starts with you and ends with you,
There’s no way I could think a day without you.
I am meaningless without you,
You are my soul, you are my heartbeat,
You are everything I require to be happy and healthy
There’s no love greater than your love
And here I am confessing that I love you
