325th Meeting Celebration of South Kuwait Toastmasters Club

South Kuwait Toastmasters Club had celebrated its 325th meeting on the auspicious evening of 27th April 2020 via virtual platform.
SKTM, one of the esteemed Toastmaster club in Kuwait following the TMI practice; is a non-profit organization facilitating the individuals to improve the communication and leadership skills and sharpening one’s interpersonal skills. Members live with the club’s tag line; “Where You Learn, Practice and Master……...” the vision and mission of Toastmasters International; a non-profitable organization; established by Ralph C Smedley, to improve the communication and leadership skills. It is the 14th club of Kuwait, chartered on 11th September 2006. SKTM is glorified by the active participation Club officials, Senior Toastmasters conduct club meetings on every 2nd and 4th Monday evening 7:00 to 9:00 PM in presence of clusters of motivated Toastmasters guided by striving mentors.
The Meeting is graced in the presence of District 20 Officials – District 20 Director DTM Wafaa Salman, District Club Growth Director DTM Alka Kumra, Ex. Division E Director DTM Nachupally Ramkumar and Area 28 Director TM Kapil Kumra, Area 20 Assistant Director TM BV Prabhakar. Ceremony was opened by the President of the Club Toastmasters Subrata Kumar Bhukta. First, he welcomed all the dignitaries, guest and members of club in this virtual meeting and expressed thanks to all for participating on this difficult time, an outbreak of global pandemic COVID-19. Treasurer Toastmasters Nilesh Attarde released the most awaited newsletter in presence of Dignitaries, Guest, Excom and club members. President handed over the event control to most mesmerizing master of ceremony; one of the most promising Toastmasters Kavita Sarvesh. Meeting was crafted with the interesting Open forum discussion, table topic session and Panel discussion.
SKTM past presidents and district dignitaries shared their memories with the club. Toastmaster Kannan Ravi, Past President in his felicitation speech, cherished the sweet memories of the club progress since its chartering in Sept. 2006. He appreciated all the members and Past Ex-Com for bearing the torch to take the club to greater heights year after year.
The session concluded with Club President presenting the Thank You cards for the guests, Best Speaker and Participation awards.
