Kuwait reported 77 new cases today; 60 Indians

Ministry of Health today announced the confirmation of 77 new coronavirus cases in the country during the last 24 hours. The Ministry of Health spokesman, Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad said that 1 case is for a Kuwaiti national related to travel to France. Another 2 Kuwaiti citizen through contact with confirmed cases.

Others include 58 Indians, 8 Pakistanis, 3 Bangladeshi, 2 Egyptians and 1 Iranian, who all were in contact with other confirmed cases.

Authorities are investigating the source of infection for another two Indians who are tested positive for cornona versus.

With this, the total cases of coronavirus in the country reaches 556 and the total number of Indians with confirmed coronavirus cases reaches 225.

Yesterday Kuwait reported the first coronavirus related death in the country for an Indian national.
