Residency violators can leave the country in April without paying fine

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anas Saleh issued a decree to exempt every residency violators from paying fines if he leave the country between April 1st and 30th.

According to the decision, expats who are in violation o f residency rule can leave the country and return to Kuwait later unless there is no other legal cases prohibiting him from leaving the country.

Residency violators who have judicial cases against them can review their cases with General Administration of Residency Affairs to discuss their case as per the legal rules, he added.

Whoever doesn't leave the country between April 1st and 30th will be subjected to the penalties and will be deported from the country.
