Single Sided Inferiority

Problems, Problems these days are faced all around the world giving a backseat to so many classes, sections and individuals. Today, the most important thing people desire is dominance, sometimes which extends to such a limit that they give themselves a high status while decrying the others.
Not very long ago, there lived a boy, from a starving family, back in the village. Though studying in a low-class government school, he was yet to become the first completely educated member in their family succeeded by his sister. His family, though rooted with racism and casteism in their blood learned to overcome all their spots and embrace equality.
That boy, was studying in 11th grade at that time, he was decent, humble and was reserved about himself. Though covered with a thick blanket of humility, he was often offended by a group of naughty girls in his class, who kept on insulting him.
He tried to ignore them as far as possible, but their torture and ill treatment wasn’t stopped. They hit him, teased him, ragged him and did what not, however, no problem arose from this circumstance. Once, out of control, he could not tolerate it any further. Subsequently, he sprang out of his protective zone and hit one of the girls. As expected, a problem came to birth.
One thing that no one understood was that when the girls tortured the boys, nothing happened, but when it was the other way around, it caused a kind of hatred, disrespect and violence amongst the families. Why is it that the girl child receives such a status that a boy doesn’t?
Such problems are really common, as far as I know, in India, in villages among a type of family called the orthodoxies, which strongly believe that a girl child is inferior and a boy can manage himself. In other word, it is meant to be said that girls are weaker and are not as good as boys. Since it is a simple method of racisms on the basis of gender, I gave it a term ‘Single Sided Inferiority’
This is one of the most alarming problems the world is facing right now. As mentioned by justiceatwork.com such discrimination may even lead to problems like lost productivity in work places. Another source, smallbuisness.chron.com says that these may lead to individual mental health issues and conflicts in work places.
Many people have put in front of others regarding such issues, but what comes down is stopping it. For years, people have done everything they can but not finding the right solution haunts everyone. The solution is not around us; it is within us.
