Guyana Embassy mark its Republic Day in Kuwait

The Embassy of Guyana in Kuwait celebrated their 50th Republic Anniversary on Sunday, 23rd February 2020.
Ambassador of Guyana to Kuwait H.E. Professor Dr. Shamir Ally hoisted their countries National Flag at the Embassy and cut a ceremonial cake to mark the occasion.
"It is an auspicious event of immense significance of Guyanese at home and in the Diaspora," Ambassador Dr Ally said.
Guyana Embassy also celebrated the Kuwait National Day and the 9th anniversary of opening of the Guyana Embassy in Kuwait.
Recently, the the Guyana Embassy in Kuwait created a Guinness world record for the highest number of stickers on a car.
