Kozhikode District Association Kuwait Celebrated Christmas – New Year in a Grand Style

Kozhikode District Association, Kuwait celebrated Christmas- New Year on Friday 27th December 2019 at Hi-Dine hall, Abbasiya. Father Mathew M Mathews inaugurated the celebration. Association Acting President Mr. Shyjith.K presided over the inaugural function. Acting General Secretary Mr. Jawed Bin Hameed, explained the association activities in detail.

Loka Keralasabha Member Mr. Babu Fransis, Association Patrons Mr. Hameed Keloth, Mr. Shareef Thamarassery and Mahilavedi President Mrs. Indira Radhakrishnan delivered felicitation speeches. Association honored Miss Namitha Sivakumar, the former Balavedhi Art & Cultural Secretary by presenting a memento as a token of love and appreciation for the services rendered by her to Kozhikode District Association. Association also honored Mrs. Jeeva Jayesh and Mrs. Raheeda Hafis in recognition of their valuable services to the association. Mr. Basith Bin Hameed and Mrs. Anusha Prajith also honored as individual champion on the sports meet conducted by association.

Thereafter Balavedhi, Mahilavedhi and Association members presented various entertainment programmes like cinematic dance, Group dance, Group song, Skit…etc colored the celebration. Miss Namitha Sivakumar compared the event. Mr. Prabheesh Balakrishnan, General Convener welcomed the gathering and Mr. Vineesh.P.V, Association Treasurer proposed vote of thanks. The association thanks all of the members who joined in the celebrations and made it a grand success.
