Kuwait Paurasamithi Conducted Condolence Meeting- Tribute to Mr Thomas Chandy MLA

Kuwait Pourasamithi took privilege and honour in expressing their tributes to the great icon of humanity Mr Thomas Chandy MLA, Chairman United Indian School, whose untimely loss indeed shook the Indian Community in Kuwait to its core, by organising a condolence meeting bringing Sixty Five different Indian associations in Kuwait and their office bearers, well wishers, managerial staff of United Indian School, Sports organisations under one roof to express their tributes to the noble soul.

The program was meticulously organised by the pourasamithi members in a short time on the 28 th of December 2019 in United Indian School .The program was blessed with the presence of an array of prominent dignitaries from different social organisations who paid floral tributes to the great humanitarian, Mr. Thomas Chandy. The program was presided by Mr. Babuji Bathery Convener Kuwait Pourasamithi , who reminisced the great achievements and accomplishments of the magnanimous soul. Mr T.K Hikmath delivered the welcome speech followed by the condolence message Presentation by Mr. Rajeev Naduvilamuri, The documentary presenting the galore of Mr. Thomas Chandy’s achievements and accomplishments, his down to earth demeanour added more reverence to the function which was prepared by Mr. Sangeeth Pambala, Floral Tribute prepared by Mr. Shihabuddin & Rakesh cherian kuttanadu was a memorable one. Mr. D K Dileep anchored the Days program. Mr. K J John – Program Convener delivered the Vote of Thanks.

Paurasamithi expressed sincere thanks to Cochin Studio & Abba News for the media support and HI dine Restaurent for the refreshment.
