Know Safety….No Injury’ - Workshop - FAIPS

FAIPS-DPS has been a part of the Schlumberger-HSE for youth Program. A workshop on ‘Injury Prevention’ was conducted by Schlumberger, the world’s leading provider of technology at Kuwait Oil Company (KOC -Oasis) on 22 October, 2019. Around 40 Faipsians in the age group 12-14 attended the 2-hour educative and interactive session.

An inspiring team of 7 headed by Ms. Nora conducted the session which focused on the main causes of preventable injuries and prevention methods for intentional injury in teens. Using the company’s patented ‘Risk-Ring’ methodology, the children were mobilized to make responsible and safe choices regarding safety issues around them.The enthusiastic students of FAIPS participated in the activity based workshop winning the admiration of the organizers.

Certificates of Completion of Workshop were awarded to the students and teachers.
