Fire Services to receive complaints and suggestions on WhatsApp

Directorate-General of Fire Services will receive complaints, inquiries and suggestions from citizens and residents on WhatsApp 24/7.

Brigadier Al-Amir explained that this initiative came upon direct instructions from Lieutenant-General Khalid Al-Makrad, the DirectorGeneral of the directorate to increase communication with citizens and residents and facilitate them in receiving complaints and inquiries from them.

Public can communicate with Fire Service directorate via WhatsApp on 65914431.
