Indo-Arab Musical Academy celebrated World Mental Health Day

Indo Arab Musical Academy celebrated world mental health day on Thursday 10th October at Bhavans auditorium, Jleeb. United Business Group , Indian Doctors Forum and Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan School joined hands together to celebrate this beautiful event.

The event was inaugurated by Mr. Jaladhi Mukherjee, second Secretary & Head of Chancery & Chief public Information Officer of Indian Embassy, while the chief guest of the event was Mr.Mahesh Ayer (Smart Bhavans Principal). The other invited dignitaries those who attended the event were Mr.Muraleedharan Nanoo, managing director of United Business Group( Main sponsor), Dr.Surendra Nayak, President of Indian Doctors Forum Kuwait, Mr.Ziad Bouresly, Mr.Jassim Y.M.Al Yaqoub and Dr.Ibrahim Al Moosa from Ministry of health while Mrs. Hadeel Buqrais, Human Rights defender and Mrs.Rehab M.Boresly greeted the organisers of the event. Mr. Jayakumar, Chairman of Indo-Arab Musical Academy, Mr.Chessil Ramapuram, GPCC president gave felicitations during the event.

Dr.Shekhar Lamdhade , Consultant Neurologist from Al Amiri hospital, Kuwait and Dr.Susovana Sujit Nair did there presentation on World Mental Health Day. Both the doctors those who are valuable members of Indian Doctors Forum explained different types of mental health issues, the theme of 2019 mental health day “prevention of Suicide”, ..etc in detail.

It was an open invitation for public to celebrate the world Mental Health Day and to know the value of mental health and it’s related issues and consequences in day to day life both in children and adults.

Event was so colourful and meaningful. Audience were mentally relaxed with famous Indian songs sung by Dr.Susovana,Sri. Mahesh Ayer, Sri.Shyam Lal and twin brothers Master.Nageswaran Sairam and Master.Anantha Krishnan Sairam.

During the event the event Director Mrs.Shiny Frank Addressed the crowd and requested infront of the Kuwaiti Dignitaries the need of facilities badly needed for expat children with Special Needs in Kuwait.

Event was blessed with social Workers, health professionals, educators and interested individuals from different walks of life.
