Saving Lives together; BDK marks 15th Blood Donation Drive of the Year with Vishwa Brahmam

Blood Donors Kerala Kuwait Chapter organized a blood donation camp at Jabriya Central Blood Bank in association with Vishwa Brahmam Cultural Organization of Kuwait on September 27, from 2 pm to 6 pm. The Vishwa Brahmam Cultural organization associated in the camp in celebration of Vishwakarma Day.

The camp was formally inaugurated by Muralidharan, the patron of Vishwa Brahmam Cultural organization. The Patron of BDK Kuwait Manoj Mavelikkara, Vishwa Brahmam President Ranjith Pandalam, Organizing Secretary Sumesh Sukumaran and Joint Secretary Rajesh Kumar had delivered felicitation messages. BDK Kuwait President Reghubal chaired the meeting while BDK General Secretary Ranjith Raj addressed with a welcome note and Rameshan, Treasurer of BDK had expressed vote of thanks to the gathering.

Camp coordinator Rajesh R. J, Program Coordinators G P Biju, Manoj Surendran and Rigga area Coordinator Pradeep led the camp effectively.

BDK Kuwait in on a continuous drive to help the authorities to meet the blood requirements of patients in various hospitals in the country and to make awareness on the importance of blood donation, among the diaspora. BDK is actively campaigning in almost 10 countries worldwide and this was the 15th camp organized by BDK, this year in Kuwait.

BDK Kuwait request the cooperation of all to help the patients being treated in various hospitals by attending the frequent blood donation camps organized in association with the Central Blood bank and by sparing a few hours in voluntary service to propagate messages of the importance of blood donation.
