Kuwait PM promises tougher security after attacks on Saudi oil plants

His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah has called for extra protection of strategic locations around the country, keeping in mind the well-being of citizens and residents alike.

According to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), Kuwait's security forces apprised His Highness the Prime Minister of current security conditions in the wake of attacks on two plants in the heartland of Saudi Arabia's oil industry.

Earlier Kuwait have strongly condemned the terrorist attack that targeted two Aramco oil facilities in Saudi last Saturday, causing fires that were later brought under control.

Meanwhile, Kuwait has launched a probe after a drone was detected flying on the outskirts of Kuwait City, KUNA reported.
