Indian Central School wins Under 11 CBSE Cluster Chess Tournament-“Every chess master was once a beginner.”

Indian Central School participated in the 21st CBSE Cluster Chess Tournament conducted in Indian English Academy this month. In the category of Under 11 team events ICS won the title and has been selected for the CBSE Nationals to be conducted in India. The winning Team members were Anbu Selvan M., Devan Sujesh N, Hamdan Nawfal, Adam Ajoy T. of classes IV & V. The Principal Dr. Shantha Maria James congratulated the winners and appreciated the sports department for their effort in bringing the students meritorious in chess, the intellectual game.
