There were some people,
who never feared.
To the borders they went,
never to be seen again.
Some lost their sons,
Some their husbands.
Brothers were lost,
Painstakingly fathers too.
Think, are we brave enough?
To sacrifice a life is tough.
Think, would you leave home,
To protect your nation?
They hear gunshots, here and there,
Until one last blast! BOOM!
Oh! How can people be so cruel?
To kill for some land.
Really, truly citizens we think we are,
But are we Really, truly a citizen?
Citizens we think we are,
But what about serving our nation?
