Kozhikode District Association, Kuwait organized 9th Anniversary Celebration ‘Kozhikode Fest 2019’

Metro Medical Care Kozhikode Fest 2019, the 9th Anniversary of Kozhikode District Association, Kuwait was witnessed by thousands of people at Integrated Indian School, Abbasiya on 22nd March 2019, Friday from 5.00 pm onwards. The program was inaugurated by Ms. Mariam Al-Qabandi, the renowned Kuwaiti blogger, Writer and Kuwait TV weather reporter by lighting the traditional lamp. Association President Mr. Shyjith K presided over the function and described about the associations major journey in charity and humanitarian activities and art & cultural programs which let the association grow into a front-line organization in Kuwait.

General Convener Mr. Hameed Keloth welcomed the gathering. General Secretary Mr. Abdul Najeeb. T.K spoke on associations current years’ activities. The souvenir published to commemorate the 9th anniversary celebrations was released by Souvenir Convener Mr. Shaji.K.V and Sponsorship Convener Mr. Najmuddin to Al Mulla Exchange Customer Relationship Manager Mr. Paresh Patidar.

Patrons Mr. Malayil Moosakoya and Mr. Bharathan.E.C, Metro Medical Care Vice Chairman & CEO Mr. Hamza Payyannur, Al Mulla Exchange Customer Relationship Manager Mr. Paresh Patidar, Calicut Live Representative Mr. Nasser Pattambi, Mahilavedhi President Mrs. Smitha Raveendran spoke on the occasion. Mahilavedhi Secretary Mrs. Indira Radhakrishnan, Treasurer Mrs. Haseena Rafeeq and Balavedhi Secretary Miss. Haya Fathima were present on the dais. Mr. Vineesh. P.V, Treasurer of the Association expressed vote of thanks.

The celebration was entertained by the magical voice of Master Vaishnav Girish, Indian Idol winner accompanied with mesmerizing performance of Mrs. Sindhu Premkumar, Playback singer and Mr. Nihas Bhavana, the most entertaining youth icon singer. The show was coloured by the performance of our members most popular Mr. Rafi Kozhikode, Mr. Biju Thikkodi and Miss. Sanjana Sreenivasan. DK Dance world students and Kozhikode District Association Balavedhi children’s combinely performed ‘Flash mob’ which created a boom to the show.

Many distinguished personalities from different walks of life attended the Fest. The guests received by traditional ‘Thalappoli’ which was a treat for eyes. The winners for raffle coupons were drawn on the occasions and prize distributed.

The Metro Medical Care ‘Kozhikode Fest 2019’ the grand success of it adds golden feathers in the crown of Kozhikode District Association, Kuwait.
