Reddy Nala Peravai (RNP) – Kuwait & Metro Medical Care (MMC) Organized Medical Camp

Reddy Nala Peravai (RNP) - Kuwait) an welfare association of Indian nationals, organized a FREE Medical Camp in association with Metro Medical Care (MMC) Hospital for the general public on 19th October, 2018.

This medical camp got an excellent response not only from Indians but also from few other nationalities where-in about 500 people both men and women received medical services.

The Camp, held at Metro Medical Care Hospital, Farwaniya had a medical team consisted of 07 Specialist Doctors, 10 nurses, 15 Lab Technicians and 40 Volunteers. The camp provides various checkups, consultation and Blood test such as Blood sugar, Blood cholesterol, Blood Pressure, General medicine, Dermatology, Dental, ENT, Gynecology and Internal medicine.

The camp was inaugurated at 8.00 AM by Chief Guest Mr. Sanjiv Saklani, Second Secretary (TIC) of Indian Embassy at Kuwait. Addressing the gathering he appreciated the contribution of RNP in social sector and applauded for organizing the Free Medical camp to the needed ones and mentioned the importance of such camp to serve the society at large.

Speaking on the occasion Dr. Biji Basheer, Medical Director MMC Hospital thanked the RNP association for the noble initiative and appreciated the RNP team for the excellent planning and arrangements.

Concluding the inaugural session, RNP President Mr. Ashok Kumar indicated the various welfare scheme done for its members and the Indian diaspora at large and this program is yet another step towards helping the needed ones.

He thanked management committee, Vice President Mr. Sundar Rajan, General Secretary Mr. Suman Rengarasu, Joint Secretary Mr. Hari Lakshmanan, Treasurer Mr. Lakshmana Perumal, Cultural Secretary Mr. Pappuandavar, Advisers Committee, Executive Committee members, Association members, Volunteers and Transport Providers for supervising and coordinating the successful camp.
At the end of the Camp, Mr. Sanjiv Shaklani, presented a memento to Metro Medical Care Hospital for their kind support; RNP thanked the MMC team, Doctors, Medical assistant staffs for the assistance and appreciated their efforts.

The people who availed the medical services appreciated the initiative by RNP & MMC and expressed the need for many more such camps.
