World's largest kite wows crowd at 16th Alfarsi Kite Festival Kuwait.

As part of the Kuwait national day celebration, Alfarsi International Kite festival presented world’s largest kite at Bneid, Kuwait.

The Alfarsi Kite festival, organised by Alfarsi Kite club, the national kite team of Kuwait was attended by Kite teams from more than 11 countries.

The largest kite, measured 1200 sq ft, was flown by the Alfarsi club, Kuwait beating the current record of 1050 sq ft kite. Many countries including Australia, New zealand, etc participated. The world's largest kite dedicated to planet earth, carries the message written in nine international languages including Hindi.

The festival was inaugurated by the president of Al Farsi Kite Team, Mr.Abdulrahman Shaikahn Al-Farsi. Large number of citizen and expatriates visited the two day festival, which begins here on 25th February 2018 and will conclude on 26th Monday.
