AAK organized Supermoms go Out to Lunch event for its members

The AAK ladies organized a Supermoms Out to Lunch event for its members on Friday, May 26th 2017 at Hotel Samrat, Kuwait, exclusively planned for its Alumnae. An Introduction and welcome by the President, Felcita Dsouza was soon followed by the group being led in prayer by Maria Coelho, the Liturgical Coordinator. The elegant Mrs. Liza Chacko, an ex-Agnesian who passed out in 1955 & resides with her son in Kuwait, was the Guest of Honour at the lunch. Cultural Coordinator, Sunita Dsilva sang melodiously the song “Maa”, which spoke volumes of Mother’s love; the group then sang the nostalgic Neil Reid’s “Mother of Mine”. A personalized Supermom Bingo saw Mrs. Liza Chacko winning the Super Bulls Eye Mom’s prize; Celine Mendonca - the Superstar Mom’s prize and Lavina Pinto - the Supermom prize (full house). Various other games and a sumptuous buffet added to the fun & frolic. The event was ably put together by team leader, Vera Rodricks and the ever- efficient committee members, Premilla Pinto & Reshma Lobo.
