IACAK “The Legendary SingerP.Jayachandran live in Concert” held with Elegance

Indian Arts and Cultural Association of Kuwait (IACAK) stands out as a major Association in Kuwait as a concrete symbol of the Unity and Cultural Identity of Indian expats.

As a part of its Cultural activities, an Unforgettable Musical Night & Comedy Show was organized marvelously on 31st March 2017 at Drama Hall, Qadsiya Sports Club, Hawally. Sri. P Jayachandran one among the India’s High Ranking Playback Singers with today’s choice playback singers Manjari (Winner of Kerala State Best Playback Singer), Aslam (Idea Star Singer 2nd Runner-up) and Sachin Warrier (Playback Singer) kept the spectators spellbound with some mellifluent duets and solo numbers. The Erstwhile Mimicry Artist Mr. Aby who tickled audiences with his hilarious Stand-up routine blends which are 100% improvised. The audiences were standing and some were dancing in the aisles. This was truly a fantastic and striking experience. The Organizers did themselves proud, for what was really a superb and memorable show. The talented Orchestra Team really seized the heart of the audience.

The program commenced with the national anthem of both countries followed by welcome speech by the President of the Association Mr. EK Saji. The Patron of the Association Mr. V Dili invited all the dignitaries on the dais. Bouquets were presented to the dignitaries on the stage by traditional dressed girls. The festive event was declared open with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the eminent guests. The so-called Bhavagayakan P. Jayachandran was honored with Golden Shawl by Mr. V. Dili and other two Kuwaiti Nationals, holding high positions in hierarchy. The presence of people from every walk of life graced the function. Thereafter an overwhelming presentation of synchronized dance performance a “Tribute to Indian Army” symbolically by the learners in DK Dance World, Kuwait.

The First segment of the program was the honoring of the Award Winners of the “Best Favorite Male and Female Signer Singer Living in Kuwait” Contest through public voting. Sri. P Jayachandran handed out the Awards to the Winners.

The function drew to a close with a vote of thanks proposed by the General Secretary Mr. C Shijith who thanked all the dignitaries and guests for gracing the occasion. He thanked all the members, office bearers, and partakers especially the Sponsors and Well-wishers for making the program a grand success and memorable one. Ambili Dili, Suchithra Saji ,Sandhya Shijith and Prameela extended their sincere appreciation to the volunteers who have been running around doing a lot of things.

President of the Association Mr. EK Saji extended appreciation to Deepika Dili,Shwetha Saji and Parwathy Prakash who hosted the show until end.
