Shimmer Glimmer Sparkle & Shine an all-ladies event organized by Agnesian Alumnae Kuwait

“Shimmer Glimmer Sparkle & Shine" - an all-ladies event was organized by the Agnesian Alumnae Kuwait on the evening of Friday, 31st March 2017 at The Royale Terrasse Restaurant, Kuwait. Eloquent Penny Rebello, the compere, guided the ladies through an evening of fun, dancing & games. A short prayer by the liturgical secretary, Maria Coelho, her speech highlighting the Alumnae’s cause of educating deserving girl-students at our Alma Mater, the lighting of the unity candle by the current working committee, and the singing of the college anthem were all a sign of oneness and strength.

The President of AAK, Felcita D’souza, formally welcomed the radiant ladies. An in-house Nail & Tattoo Studio added to the evening's frolic. The young female DJ duo of Ariah & Ananya, in making their debut, ensured the ladies were constantly kept on their toes with their selection of scintillating music.

The young and beautiful Dalia Fernandes was crowned 'Shimmering Queen'. Experts, Jackie Alphonso and Jyothi Lobo kept the ladies engaged & laughing with their answers during the 'Seek Advice Session'. A special thanks to Anand D'souza of Waves Events & Rentals for his kind support in providing the sparkling backdrop & the sound & light system to support the event's theme. The evening ended on a high note of fun, fellowship, and a desire & a request for more.
