Youth India, Elects New Office Bearers for 2010 - 11 term.

Youth India Kuwait (Formerly known as IYA) the youth wing of Kerala Islamic Group KIG, has elected Khaleelurahman as President, Noushad V.V as Gen. Secretary and Najeeb C.K. as trearurer for the two year term 2010-2011. The election was held in secret ballot and was supervised by KIG Vice President Faisal Manjeri. The members of each unit at first picked up their choices of electoral college members to represent them in proportion to their strength. The electoral college in turn elected the members to the Executive Committee. The Newly Formed Executive Committee elected the office bearers for the new term 2010-2011.

Other elected EC members includes Mohamed Shareef PT, Arshad E (Vice Presidents) Anees Abdul Salam, Rafeeq Babu (Secretaries), VS Najeeb, Sajid AC, Rishdin Ameer, Mohamed Saleem K, Younus Saleem , Anwar Shaji, Mohamed Shafi PT, Thaiseer PP, Shafi Koyamma, Faisal Alapetta and Ibrahim K.



Youth India was formed with the aim of utilizing the latent energy of youth in creative ways to benefit the society and in turn, the individual. Youth India have also developed programs for personality development as well as career development.

Youth India is already in the process of developing extensive programs to help the needy who have been in dire straits due to various reasons. The new leader Khaleelurahman said that the membership to Youth India is open and any Indian youth (Below the age of 35), irrespective of their religious beliefs, can join Youth India provided he agrees to abide by the Youth India bye-law.
