Bollywood actress Sophie Choudry sizzles at Landmarks' Zafran Indian restaurant launching in Kuwait

Bollywood actress, Singer and former MTV India VJ Sophie Choudry sizzled at Landmarks' Zafran Indian restaurant launching in Kuwait. Zafran, a contemporary Indian restaurant, located above Center Point in Salmiya Salem Al Mubarak Street, is launched by region’s leading retail and hospitality conglomerate Landmark Group.

After being a huge hit with diners in Dubai, Zafran will give Kuwait a taste of tantalizing Indian delicacies at a competitively priced menu. Indian-born British celebrity chef Atul Kochhar, the first Indian chef to be awarded two Michelin star, is the a consultant for the planning of menu at Zafran restaurant, which was opened by Foodmark, a division of Landmark Hospitality and Leisure services Ltd, the hospitality arm of the Landmark Group.

Zafran’s extensive menu offers a choice of eternal Indian delicacies including Zafrani Jhingae, Kali Mirch Ka Murgh, and Rogan Josh to capture the palettes of diners in Kuwait. Flavoured with exotic herbs and spices the dishes are absolutely sensational and are a testimony to the chef’s skills at a mastery of flavour and texture. Zafran with elegant and rich decor is unique in its style. With an open kitchen dining and private dining area, Zafran makes a perfect place for dine out.

The celebrity actress Sophie Choudry, who debuted in Shaadi No. 1, was the centre of attraction for the exclusive launch of Zafran in Kuwait. Sophie Choudry, who came to Kuwait for the first time, praised the grand ambience of Zafran restaurant. Models wearing traditional Indian saree welcomed the invitees. The DJs and MCs with rhythmic tune of Bollywood and Arabic songs made the ambience perfect for the occasion. The inauguration function was attended by prominent dignitaries, VIP guests and local media.
