A two ton, five-meter long whale-shark that has accidentally wandered into the Marina Crescent dock is reportedly still stuck in there, looking for an exit.

Public Relations and Environmental Awareness Director at EPA Dr Khalid Al-Enezi said that the team has decided to allow the whale time to get out on its own, following which divers will start working on getting it out.

The Kuwait Dive Team warned onlookers and residents on Friday not to feed the stranded whale shark or throw any food or waste in the water in order to maintain the safety of its health.

This is the second time one has gotten stranded there. Back in July 2009 a whale shark got stuck there and ended up being rescued using the marine parachute bed.
