Up to 1000 KD fine for illegal stickers in Mubarakiya market

The head of the Al-Mubarakiya Development and Beautification Committee, Sheikha Amthal Al-Ahmad, made a surprise inspection campaign at Al-Mubarakiya market and recorded several violations of random stickers and advertisement notices placed on columns and walls without a license. Fines ranging from 100 dinars to one thousand dinars were recorded on the violators of such illegal advertisements.

During the tour, the team recorded the advertisers' phone numbers to summon them and issued violations for their negative impact and distortion of the scene.

Sheikha Amthal said that the Committee, which includes officials from various ministries of the state, is currently launching a campaign to make the violators accountable for distorting and destroying the state property.

This is not only in Mubarakiya Market .
We see all over the Kuwait buildings , Flat doors, Apartment walls , Lifts and most common places.
Catch those on red hand and put hefty fine to the employer and let employer deduct from employee.

Now if anyone wants to take revenge on someone or hate someone or is jealous of someone and wants to cause damage/ loss on them, they will stick stickers with their enemy details on it and the authorities will call them and fine. There should be some way to make sure no innocents are affected. Please I make humble request!
